Turkey Q1 car sales up 50% year on year surge 31% yield

According to the Turkish Automotive Manufacturers Association (OSD), and in March this year Turkey's automotive production and export volume growth, domestic sales growth is reached Qi Cheng.

March of this year, Turkey's automotive production reached 123,119 units, compared with 97,308 units last year's surge 26.5%; passenger car production increased 18.9% to enhance the reach 72,781 cars; commercial production surge 39.4 percent year on year to 50,338 vehicles.

The first quarter of this year, the Turkish passenger cars and commercial vehicles production reached 334,705 units, up 31.0% surge; which enhance passenger car production rose 19.2 percent to 198,433 vehicles, commercial vehicles surged 53.1 percent year on year, reaching 136,272 units.

Turkey's automotive exports in March rose 9.4 percent, to 89,956 vehicles, including passenger car exports amounted to 58,872 vehicles, rose 9.1 percent, commercial vehicles rose 9.9 percent to 31,084 vehicles. The first three months, Turkey's total exports rose 23.2 percent year on year volume car, reaching 249,838 vehicles, of which exports amounted to 158,642 passenger vehicles, an upgrade 16.3% to 37.4% surge in commercial vehicles is 91,196 vehicles.

March sales of 83,302 Turkish domestic vehicles, compared to 47,581 units, an increase of 75.1 percent, of which passenger car sales to 61,676 units, surged 63.1 percent, commercial vehicle sales reached 21,626 units, which is about 1.2 times last year ; in the first quarter of this year, Turkey's domestic car sales compared with 115,272 vehicles surged 50.3 percent last year to 173,248 vehicles, including passenger car sales to 126,991 vehicles, up 42.1% surge, commercial vehicles jumped 78.4 percent year on year, to 46,257 vehicles .
